Mother Ivey's Bay offers touring and camping pitches across four fields on the site. The type of pitch ranges from a basic camping pitch to a landscaped "super pitch" with sea views, hook-up, water and drainage. Even the basic pitches enjoy the fine views and landscaping that marks this park out as something special. The park facilities include thoughtfully placed chemical disposal and water points, a launderette and shop, excellent wash and shower facilities and separate dish washing areas.

For younger guests there are play areas and a football area but on the whole the park is a place of peace and relaxation - leaving noisy discos and bars to other establishments in favour of an atmosphere in keeping with the location of the park. In 2008 wifi facilities were installed across the park with simple tariff allowing unlimited access for either 24 hour periods or a week at a time.

The park is a proud holder of the David Bellamy Gold Award for conservation and for the way in which the park works to support the environment of its setting. There is a nature reserve adjacent to the Meadows camping field as well as recycling points around the park.
